The Method:
A Five-Point Approach
Catherine's presence-based coaching draws on what Futurist Jack Uldrich calls "The Big AHA," which stands for Awareness, Humility, and Action. We begin with the Awareness of habits. Then, together with our clients, we move forward with a sense of Humility and a desire for wisdom. Lastly, we ensure the change sticks by creating practical Action (i.e., it takes consistent practice to transform yourself as a leader!)
- Breath: This is the foundation for all we do. Make it conscious, and you'll be conscious!
- Posture: Alignment and poise are critical to powerful delivery and empowering others.
- Gesture: Developing awareness around your body language will ensure well-aligned messages.
- Content: The words you choose and how you say them create the atmosphere and inspire others.
- Mind Set: We'll help you craft a new mantra with you that propels you toward success.
