A Life in the Arts

Catherine holds MFAs in Acting from UT Austin and the University of Delaware's prestigious Professional Theatre Training Program. She has worked on national and international stages, in commercials, and in small films. She excels at voice-over work and is highly skilled in dance and movement. The Vision Behind A.R.T.

In 2016, Catherine founded A.R.T. (Audacious Raw Theater)(opens in new tab) with the mission of gathering artists from all walks of life, paying them a living wage, and teaching devised theater-making.

In 2026 A.R.T. celebrated our 10th season. Over the years, Catherine has brought over sixty national and international performing artists to devise over 200 new works.

Creating and Recreating

Catherine is the consummate professional both on stage and off. She  encourages artists from all walks of like and in a wide spectrum of mediums to create new work and recreate in the beauty of Southeastern, Minnesota.

Catherine also performs on a regular basis in repertory and solo shows. She is a member in good standing of both AEA(opens in new tab) & SAG/AFTRA.

The Written Word

Catherine Glynn has written six plays, hundreds of poems, and collaborated with Visual Artist Bebe Keith on Small Things—a book combining Catherine's haiku and Bebe's paper collages.

Books and Essays

Her first business book, Leadership Distilled, was released early in 2021. Her next book, Presence Distilled, was released early in 2022. Her poetry and essays can be found online on her WordPress site: Letters to the World.

A Multi-Faceted Career

Founder and CEO Catherine Glynn has a multi-faceted career, dividing her time between executive coaching, performing, and writing.

Catherine also partners with The Ariel Group 
and Protagonist Consulting Group based in Boston, MA.

The Beginning of Voce Veritas

Catherine began her executive coaching career in Chicago in 2005. In 2009, after five years as a freelance coach, working almost exclusively with a worldwide management consulting firm and C-Suite level executives, Catherine founded Voce Veritas.

Independent Yet Collaborative

Like her work on stage, Catherine specializes in one-woman performances and creative collaborations. Voce Veritas is owned and operated by Catherine Glynn. When necessary, she contracts with seasoned colleagues from around the U.S., Europe, and South Africa on an as-needed basis.

Global Reach

Her client list ranges from global consultancy firms and top-ranked business schools to C-Suite executives worldwide. She has worked with people from over 80 countries around the world.

Each artistic pursuit informs the next, creating a body of work rooted in curiosity, imagination, and connection. Whether developing a new project, collaborating with fellow artists, or exploring a different medium, I believe creativity flourishes when we remain open to learning, experimenting, and seeing the world from new perspectives.

For me, creating is more than producing something new—it's an ongoing practice of discovery, reflection, and growth that continues to shape both my work and my life.
