Founder and CEO Catherine Glynn has a multi-faceted career, dividing her time between executive coaching, performing, and writing.
Catherine began her executive coaching career in Chicago in 2005. In 2009, after five years as a freelance coach, working almost exclusively with a worldwide management consulting firm and C-Suite level executives, Catherine founded Voce Veritas.
Like her work on stage, Catherine specializes in one-woman performances and creative collaborations–Voce Veritas is owned and operated by Catherine Glynn. When necessary, she contracts with seasoned colleagues from across the U.S., Europe, and South Africa.
Her confidential client list ranges from global consultancy firms, top-ranked business schools to C-Suite executives worldwide.She has worked with people from over 70 countries around the world.
Service includes a comprehensive consultation to identify gaps and opportunities, followed by a detailed proposal for a custom-designed coaching package or workshop to ensure success.
Catherine’s mission is to empower you and your company with effective communication skills, heighten self-awareness, and generate generosity and joy in the workplace.
Catherine Glynn has written six plays and hundreds of poems, and has collaborated with Visual Artist Bebe Keith on Small Things — a book combining Catherine’s haiku and Bebe’s paper collages.
Her first business book, Leadership Distilled, will be released early in 2021. Her next book, Presence Distilled, will be released early in 2022. Her poetry and essays can be found online on her WordPress site: Letters to the World.

THE METHOD: A 5-POINT APPROACH
Catherine’s presence-based coaching draws on what Futurist Jack Uldrich calls “The Big AHA,” which stands for Awareness, Humility, and Action.
We begin with the Awareness of habits. Then, together with our clients, we move forward with a sense of Humility and a desire for wisdom. Lastly, we ensure the change sticks by creating practical Action (i.e., it takes consistent practice to transform yourself as a leader!)

Posture: Alignment and poise are critical to powerful delivery and empowering others.
